Mystic Sunrise

Sunrise is a symbol of hope and mesmerizing experience to watch and sure a mystic experience. Winter mornings and countryside is best to watch such a memorable scene. Photography is all about observation and searching the right moment. I have plan this picture of sunrise in mystic winter morning. It is on the way of my college. In the months of December and January when humidity increase after rain, this amazing phenomenon develops. Location is most important in photography. To get good composition I use these leaves less trees. Morning light and low winter temperature gives amazing environment. This environment even becomes more dramatic in forest and any nature photographer who wants to experience this must travel to some nearest plantation.

Colors and toning is very much arbitrary and depends upon  the choice of the artist.Here we are discussing some simple tips to create art images in flower photography.

Telephoto lenses are best for creative images of flowers as these are giving very shallow depth of field and produce stacking effect and make the flowers and vegetation looks closer together. These shots of flowers look more pleasing and attractive.

Macro lenses are best for flower photography and most photographers use these lenses to create different creative effect. Differential focus is a technique in which one can focus a single element in the flower like petals or an anther and left the rest [part of the flower out of focus. Thaty creates an illusive effect and viewer feels a hidden delight in searching through the subject.

Toning In Photoshop

Photoshop is a tool for creative artist to create tones and effects of their imagination. That software gives an immense liberty to create different colors and tones which looks more pleasing and incite the esthetics of the viewer.

Add Some Life

Searching some insect or spider while using macro lens and a bird in case of telephoto lens wold help to make flower pictures more interesting.

Best subject for taking great macro pictures in spring is the flowers. And if you got some beautiful butterfly with delicate wings, sitting on the soft petals of the flowers ,then it is your luck. You can try shooting hand held but that needs a lot of experience. The advantage of handheld is the agility you can show while following the butterfly from flower to flower. The disadvantage is the chances of shake and blurry picture. Try to focus on the eye of the butterfly and forget about the rest. Butterfly must be captures in some dynamic and graceful pose.

Best Landscape pictures

While shooting landscapes one must consider for including some interesting foreground to get best landscape pictures. Suppose you  are shooting in a location with extremely dramatic sky. It is very obvious that you are attracted by the sky and may ignore the interest in the foreground. That can be detrimental for your overall picture. Viewer starts from the fore ground and interesting and dramatic foregrounds always lead towards more interesting elements in the picture. Foreground may be a rotten, old log, a big stone, a flowering bush or a  rattling streams with green and sapphire  waters.

It is  also a pasture land for the locals and you can see herds of cattle grazing here and there.
