Winters are always fascinating for countryside photography. Farmers start their daily working very early in the morning and you can witness bull carts and donkey carts are roaming on dirt roads in brilliant morning light. Ploughing the soil with bulls is still in practice in many parts of Punjab, both in India and Pakistan. You feel as you witnessing an other world while photographing these farmers working in the fields.

BUSY LIFE OF FARMERS

In the wheat growing season the life of farmers become very busy and they prepare their fields for the crop day and night. Asian farmers are hard working and skillful. They are good subjects for documentary photography too. Many of the farmers are still using the primitive ways of tilling the fields with oxen and the black and white pictures of farmers with the ox look like a scene from some ancient world.
