Bull Cart race

Among the rural sports bull cart race is more exciting and thrilling. People throughout the subcontinent love this game. Raising bull and using them for agriculture is an ancient practice. Stamps discovered from the excavation of Mohenjodero and Harappa  cities show well built bulls. This tradition of about 5000 years is still in vogue specially in the Punjab province of Pakistan. Bull carts run in the groups of 5 to 7 and winners qualify for the final round. the winner of the final is awarded with lucrative awards.
