Receding water leaves delicate and beautiful patterns on a river bank. These patterns look like a piece of art in the morning and evening light. Landscape photographers use these patters in different ways in their pictures and is a key element in landscape photography specially in waterscapes. I personally love to shoot frame within a frame and prefer closeups of patterns like these.
