BUSY LIFE OF FARMERS

In the wheat growing season the life of farmers become very busy and they prepare their fields for the crop day and night. Asian farmers are hard working and skillful. They are good subjects for documentary photography too. Many of the farmers are still using the primitive ways of tilling the fields with oxen and the black and white pictures of farmers with the ox look like a scene from some ancient world.

A farmer was in deep thinking and looked worried about his crops. He was smoking “hooqa”, a local form of smoking pipe. I chose to make it a black and white portrait that was the demand of the subject.

Beauty Of Light makes the photographs. A farmer was watering his fields this morning in a chilly but vibrant environment. Light was awesome and golden. I enjoyed the shooting and a chat with the farmer. Framer’s life have a lot of difficulties but yet they are contented beings.

Farmers working in natural environment are perfect subject for documentary photographers. This farmer was pop up in the evening light when I shot him. A farmer have a tough life in the remote villages of underdeveloped countries like Pakistan. They are having no health cover for them and and getting more and more diseases due rising index of pollution. But still these people are trying to keep their life simple and contented.
